On the cusp of 2018, I heard some of you scratching your heads and asking: what should I make of 2017? Did I do learn something new? Did we take another step in the pursuit of our vision?
Asking the right questions is the start of being better, and be better we must if we are to continue to be of value to everyone who interacts with us.
How do we continue to build the Traveloka that embodies the mission of #EnablingMobility? And how do we evolve our services to also help our customers to #CreateMoments in their journeys and daily lives?
How do we remain dedicated to quality and innovation while others are satisfied with copying mindlessly?
How do we build a sustainable and thoughtful business in light of intense and sometimes irresponsible competition?
How do we communicate better and work better together despite differences in languages, figuratively and literally?
How do we not only shoot for the stars, but also have the capability to actually get there and not just dream?
We won't hide and run away from these questions. And with a mind sharpened by curiosity, dedication and intellectual honesty, we shall again embark on this journey to find the answers and stay cautiously optimistic.

Our travel allowance cycle has been renewed. This cycle starts from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
Note that your tenure is counted per your Full Time Employment (FTE) date as permanent employee and that your total allowance this year will be based on your tenure as per 1 January 2018. More information can be found at working@traveloka site.
We would also like to remind you to submit your travel claim in 2017 to our PIC for Benefit before 15 January 2018.
Several countries, including Indonesia, are experiencing an outbreak of diphtheria, with a significant increase in reported diphtheria cases in 2017.
Traveloka is encouraging you and your family to get vaccinated as an act of prevention against the infection. Considering diphtheria is an “exceptional” case, the vaccination for adults will be included under the outpatient health benefit for a temporary period. This will start immediately and will be valid until 28 February 2018.

As the 2017 fiscal year comes to a close, below is the schedule for submissions of expense claim or settlement of cash advance pertaining to any business travel expense and other business claims that took place until 31 December 2017.
What You Need To Do:
Only approved & completed documents will be eligible to be paid, so please ensure that you are submitting approved and completed expense claim and/or cash advance settlement report.

Tax Season is Coming!
All tax residents in Indonesia who own an NPWP (Tax ID) are required to submit their SPT (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan) Pajak or Personal Income Tax Returns by 31 March at the latest every year.
The 1721-A1 Form for 2017, a form stating your income at Traveloka during 2017, will be provided by the company in February.
For those who do not yet have their EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number — needed for online SPT Pajak submission), Traveloka currently provides EFIN registration through the company (you can also opt to process this on your own at the tax office). If you want your EFIN registration to be processed through the company, kindly follow the steps below before Monday, 31 January 2018:
