Ensure All Enterprise Engineer has datadog account

I got an idea to ensure all enterprise engineer has access to Traveloka Datadog organization by comparing data from Engineering - Tech People Master Data, converted to JSON with name and email as the object key, with JSON value which fetched using Datadog API.
Add Enterprise Engineer to Traveloka Datadog Organization as standard user:

Checked all the security groups whether they have Ansible Tower on their inbound rules after the security group is updated by @irvan

Test run Uri localhost whoami playbook on Tower to verify the security group and also resulting other informations which are:

walletwp-app:

Turns out walletwp-app-01 machine is stuck, cannot SSH
Request to @irvan to stop/start the machine
Machine now can be SSH

aprwp-app:

Machine works fine

trpwp-app:

Machine works fine
But the app has been stopped

Request to @irvan at #enterprise-bot-play to stop/start walletwp-app-01 machine because it cannot be SSH-ed

walletwp-app-01 can be SSH-ed after stop/start

Test release from Ansible Tower to aprwp-app, aprwp-rpanda-app, tomangwp-app

Threshold updated Warning: ~~2GB~~ -> 1.5GB and Critical: ~~1.5GB~~ -> 1GB

Add enterprise-playbook to execute curl to tvlk-prod

Playbook to make HTTP request has been created and already used for seeding data to entpasl but not satisfying the acceptance criteria which read the HTTP request parameter from file

Irvan suggested to create separate ticket for creating a proper HTTP request playbook which reading the parameter from file
Current playbook can make HTTP request by reading the parameter by inputting the parameter (JSON or YAML) into EXTRA VARIABLE when running the playbook
