Continuing our OKR to maintain visibility of our system reliability, I would like to thanks to you guys who have diligently keep tracking of our issues/bugs in Jira, so we have a nice bug report
In order to make the content more accurate, I would like to remind you about our JIRA bug reporting workflow:
tl;dr; Please make sure that your bug in JIRA is updated until the final status.
By having this culture, we will be able to get a faster feedback loop (on what could be improved within our team or our workflow), faster mitigation (learning from past mistakes), and ultimately we would like to prevent similar issue to reoccur in the future.
