Background
Hi turns out there is a bug that cause the bot skipped some instances. I'll rerun the script manually if your instances happened on the list please complete the tags by following this document.

Instead stopping the instance directly, tag bot will inform the list of the instances that not properly tagged daily at 10 AM UTC+7.
I'll disable the stop function, but unproper tagged instance will be automatically stopped at night starting this Friday.
