Important dates

Last app release in 2017 will be v2.19 during 20-27 Nov.
Last backend & frontend regular release in 2017 will be on 5-6 Dec.
First backend & frontend regular release in 2018 will be on 9 Jan.

Hotfix during the freeze
Each hotfix requires a strong justification, an explicit eng lead approval and may be scrutinized further by other senior leads (see details).

Start your capacity planning now (!!), avoid site-infra bottleneck on infra provisioning (Eng Capacity Readiness).
No feature launch during the freeze. If you really have to, start a discussion with @bk asap.
