DA On-Call improvements:

DA on-call will handle request from Product Ops. So now all requests from Product Ops will be assigned to Elsa first. The real assignee will be determined in weekly sprint, depending on the current on-call on that week.

Elsa to make On-Call schedule for this quarter (Note: on-call on left is the primary on-call for that period):

Elsa to create user group for DA on-call ( udah dibikin: @accom-da-oncall). The primary on-call has to update user group members in every beginning of the week. Kalo gak keganti kena konsekuensi harus on-call lagi minggu itu :happy_pepe:
DA On-Call will be the main PIC for issue regarding data incident / system incident, including issue in Datadog and Daily Sales Report. Please note than on-call need to have full ownership of every problem. If problem occured during his / her on-call period, must take full ownership of it until problem is resolved.
Data Engineer (Davin & Hans) will have end-to-end ownership of Tracking & ETL:

Data Table Definition is now designed by DE. DA will need to submit request in DATA JIRA to DE for every new tracking.
DE is now in charge to perform testing on the trackings together with QA.

Data Quality Metrics will be designed and checked regularly by DE, reported in every bi-weekly with Elsa.
