track-mongod-d03 is scheduled for maintenance by AWS at 2017-10-03 14:00 UTC for 2 hours. Site infra team will do preventive maintenance by stop-starting instance before maintenance time.
FYI, track-mongod-d03 is a secondary node.

stop instance
start instance
enable classic link to correct VPC Security Group
update etc/hosts
update route53 record
ensure mongod service is running and node is in "SECONDARY" state after restart

Impact:

During this maintenace track-mongod-d03 won't be accessible.
