Demand Automated Release Doc.

Here, following supply team step to automate release documentation, from now on, demand release note can now be easily created using JIRA + Confluence combination, which is nice.

To create release note:

Go to release page on confluence
Add note
Fill out sufficient content about the release and assign PICs.

Please note that, every tasks on JIRA now have additional field "ACT: Affected services". This is mandatory on demand projects so please fill this out properly. Also, don't forget to fill out "Fix version(s)" in your tasks.

Versioning standard in demand is as follow:
DEMAND <MAJOR>.<RELEASE_WEEK>.<PATCH_NUMBER>
