Auth CLI Batch Mode

NEW FEATURE

We've added batch mode where the CLI reads from a csv file as a data source for two of the most used commands in CLI:

Add user to group
Create external users

Special thanks to @echon that provides the Go parser to read the csv file.

IMPACT:

For current users, the execution script is updated. Download and replace your execution script i.e. "execute.sh" or "execute.bat"
