You said that you will send our tickets to our hotel on 17th of March. We received no ticket. Then we contacted you regarding this. You said that your man would be there at the entrance gate to handover our tickets.There was nothing mentioned about what time he will be there. When we reached there, we contacted the no. you gave. They kept us on hold for around 30 mins. Then they called back and said that there driver was waiting their since the morning and now he left. It was not there decision that at what time will we visit there.
