Dear Colleagues,
Atlassian team have been reviewing the logs based on our reports for the unexpected maintenance range, it appears that the root cause is related to Confluence servers not being able to get any database connections. They have reported a Critical bug report on this (reference: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-55782)
At the moment the workaround is to manually restart Confluence when we encounter the problem to recover access. This bug is related with Confluence only, while JIRA HelpDesk or other Atlassian services are still online.
