Development Infrastructure Maintenance 23 February 2017

Hi folks, I'd like to inform you about today maintenance. We'll start the maintenance at 15:00. The maintenance will be exectued by Site Infra and assisted by Devops.

The development infrastructure that affected today are:
Phabricator
Downtime: Short, < 10 minutes
Risk: Low
Change:

There is a new behavorial change in phabricator. users that haven't been verfied won't get notification email from Phabricator.

Jenkins
Downtime: Short, < 10 Minutes
Risk: Medium, there is an issues last 2 weeks that affected jenkins can't trigger build to AWS ECS. The issues had been solved and tested. But in case it's still not working we'll revert it.
Change:

Update the Development Infrastructure CFn stack.
Upgrade some plugins.
Upgrade Jenkins master.

Update the login session configuration to 120 minutes.

Post Maintenance
To ensure the success of maintenance, after the maintenance we'll do some test with the affected services.
