As tomorrow will be the start of this year Eid Al-Fitr Holiday, we would like to ensure that all Enterprise tech-stack are well covered during the holiday period. In general, Enterprise Team on call will only cover P0 emergency on tech-stack owned (or partially owned) by Enterprise Team. The criteria for P0 emergency during this holiday period is any incident that threaten the continuity of 24/7 critical operations and/or impacted main flow of our customer facing site that need immediate action. Any other incident should be treated as non-emergency unless deemed so on case-by-case basis by the management team and should be posted through normal case handling channel (i.e. Finance help desk).
To avoid uncessary incident, there should be no hotfix or configuration changes on any Enterprise production environment between 23 June 2017 to 5 July 2017 unless expressly approved and accompanied by Enterprise lead.
