Four Passengers Sued AirAsia for Blacklisting Their Name

Four passengers of AirAsia (Regina Goenawan, Sandra Goenawan, Richard Goenawan, and Ramona Goenawan) sued AirAsia as they were not allowed to board the aircraft, although they have successfully bought the ticket from Traveloka. The airline said that their name was blacklisted by the company.
