Fix Jenkins Authenticaion Issues

Problem
Hi Guys, Sorry we've just found a misconfiguration that cause anonymous user can behave like normal user like:

View build job.
Trigger build.

Solution
To fix that we need to remove the anonymous from normal_user.

Implication
There are some users that affected. The user that affected is the user that haven't granted normal_user permission. please request to your Lead to grant access to you. For the team Lead, you can register your team members by following this guide.
