Please land this commit https://phabricator.noc.tvlk.cloud/D22795 to the respective ts release branch for the day (ts/release/2017-03-xx) to change the cache behaviour to stale only for 5 mins. This should only start at midnight!
IMPORTANT: remember to change the stale behaviour to 1 hour at 06.00 the next day!
