Development Infrastructure Weekly Maintenance 2 February 2017

Hello everyone, to kept improving the stability of our development infrastructure we do weekly maintenance. The maintenance will be started Today at 15:00. This week mainteance will include Artifactory, Jenkins and Phabricator. Please expect a few minutes downtime for both of the services. The changelogs for this week maintenance can be seen here.

Artifactory
Risk: Low
Downtime: No
We are terminating old instance (https://artifactory.dev.traveloka.com). It won't be accessible after the maintenance.

Jenkins
Risk: Low
Downtime: Yes, Under 5 minutes.
We'll upgrade the Jenkins masters version and some plugins.

Phabricator
Risk: Low
Downtime: Yes, under 5 minutes.

We'll upgrade the phabricator version.
Terminate old phabricator instance.
