Last Wednesday, we launched Traveloka People Survey #2! Let’s improve our work environment together by filling it out here. It will only take about 10 – 15 minutes of your time.
The survey is anonymous, and will not be attributed to the individual / not to be used against the respondents.
All tax residents, who owns NPWP (Tax ID), in Indonesia is required to submit SPT (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan) Pajak—or being referred here as Personal Income Tax Returns—on 31 March at the latest every year.
1721-A1 Form—a form stating your income at a company during a tax year—is usually provided by the company to help its employees in filling in the income part during their tenure at that company.
This section is relevant only to those who started working at Traveloka before 2017 (meaning everyone who worked and received payroll during the year 2016):

As the Tax Office of Indonesia has been promoting its online service for Personal Income Tax Returns submission, Traveloka is consolidating the registration of E-FIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number). If you want your E-FIN registration to be processed through the company, kindly do the following before Monday, 20 February 2017:

Remember to sign your Traveloka People Code of Conduct Statement of Compliance as a confirmation of your understanding and acknowledgement of the code. To do so, get a copy of the statement from the blue boxes at the printing area of each floor, read our Code and sign it, then submit your signed statement into the box.
