Since the beginning of this year, we have implemented Hotfix Asana to document hotfixes. This is used for tracking changes in production so we can have easier access to this information in case incidents arise. This procedure should be followed by all teams.
The Hotfix Asana procedure is very simple, as follow:
Please help remind your team members to create a Hotfix Asana before the change is pushed to production, including when a hotfix needs to piggyback another hotfix.
