I'd like to notify you that DevOps will doing Development Infrastructure Migration Part 2 that include all development infrastructure services on Thursday, 5 January 2017 on 15:00 - 17:00.

For Artifactory and Jenkins the migration will be executed by running both service old and new service, kept it sync and switch it when it's done. The process should be quick but short downtime is expected.
For Phabricator (codereview.traveloka.com), the only way to keep the data integrity is by stoping the service during the migration. Please expect that you won't be able to do any activity that related with Phabricator during the migration process.
Post Migration
After the migration you will need to update the hardcoded URL in Jenkinsfile to use global variables. We'll update Jenkinsfile in popular repositories, but you might need to update your own Jenkinsfile by following this guide here.
