Ensure Playbooks That Needed by Your Team Registered in the Release Dashboards

Hi everyone, it's been a while since we moved the way we release from ansible01 to release dashboard (old/new). We understand there is a tradeback in flexibelity for security.

With release dashboard, you'll need additional step to register what playbooks need to run in production environment. To prevent a situation that you or your team need a certain playbook to be able to run in the release dashboards in urgent situation, you will need to update this list about the playbook that you need.
