Customers can now reschedule their domestic flight (ID) on-the-go through their mobile app. Currently, the feature is only enabled for Android users but it will be added soon for iOS users.
The new feature marks Traveloka as the first OTA in Southeast Asia that has to reschedule feature, cutting the complicated process whenever customers wanted to reschedule their flight by calling the airlines directly. The launched of the new feature is align with Traveloka’s commitment to give the best end-to-end customer experience with the best product and service.

After the launch of OnePay for payment, multiple rounds of promotions were launched from 18 April 2016 onwards. As a result, search to issued conversion rates has increased five times from average of 0.1% prior 18 April 2016 to 0.5% on 28 May 2016.
