Mongomsg security group lock down

Hi dear team,
@data-eng, @frontend, @payment-eng-team, @hotel-eng, @flight-eng, @site-infra, @sre

We are about rebuilding mongomsg cluster into dedicated Security Group rules.
We will start from some secondary nodes, and rebuild the primary DB node at the end of task.

Possible impact of this activity:

intermittent database service, your read/write activity to this cluster node will experiences an interruption for seconds
some servers (potentially) lost it's connection to mongomsg cluster
