Switch Mongodata Primary Node

Hi dear team,
@data-eng, @data-analytics-team, @hotel-eng, @flight-eng, @site-infra, @sre

Since we found mongodata is in heavy loaded right now. We are going to switch it's primary node into mongodata02 which has doubled size in RAM to handle more transaction demand.

Possible impact of this activity:

intermittent database service, your write and/or read activity to this DB will experience an interruption for seconds
some servers (potentially) lost it's connection to mongodata, because we just locked down some security group access to mongodata cluster
