[Action Required] BEI Common Libraries with Jetty-Server V8 Removal

This is a follow up on Jetty-Server v8 removal project. All BEI Common Libraries under v11.2.38 will be completely removed from our artifact repository (i.e. beiartf) by ~~31st of December 2022~~ 31st of January 2023.

Who is this announcement for?

Backend Engineering teams that have Java applications with dependencies to the older versions of BEI Common Libraries (under v11.2.38). This is the list of repositories and the associated PRs.

Why is this needed?

To avoid dependency to deprecated jetty-server v8 library.

What do you need to do?

Upgrade your projects BEI common libraries dependencies to the current latest version
Make sure there are no jetty-server v8 dependencies on your Lockfiles. You can simply follow this doc
It takes around 1-2 hours/repository to implement
