- Invoice: some entries (2nd, 3rd, ...) are missing when booking with multiple pax (customer group)
- Product is not searchable after 1 hour imported
- Issuance: PDF email is not generated automatically, making ops need to compile the voucher themselves (12 bookings last month are impacted)
- SHS > Invoice shown at payment page, booking review is incorrect, however at receipt.pdf, it is correct
- Autocomplete: product is showing in autocomplete, but in SR not showing and product detail sold out
- Audit SRV (3 times data pull)
- Some products are tagged as New Inventory, but it is not really new -- already few months old
- Post-issuance: a guest claimed that they booked ticket for Thai Resident, but Non-thai resident ticket is issued instead.
- How: check EXPOD, voucher, and existing ticket list
- Ticket List: River Wonders -- albert's report -- why is the ticket list showing sold out when albert access it
- At that time there's a switch from BMG to AXES inventory at POT.
