Socialisation of Scheduled Job guideline document

Background

We would like to socialise a new guideline document on the Scheduled Job

Tl;dr version of the document

For any scheduled Job within your application, it should report success and failure both. For reporting, any can be used as long as teams are aware of it. We can use AWS Batch console, Datadog, slack, Airflow UI which keeps a track of job status

Action Items

Make sure, all your scheduled jobs are reporting success as well as Failure (You can add further alert on failures)
Document the Scheduled Jobs and how they report status in a wiki.
