Android gradle plugin 7.2.x

Hi, we will updating our Android Gradle Plugin version to 7.2.0 to develop after 3.58 cut off (affected 3.59 ++ version). Please take time to update your android studio to Android Studio Chipmunk:

We will also updating kotlin version, moshi, and room.

Since these changes may impact runtime and all of our code, we asked QA to do regression testing in all product for 3.59 (arvin will give notes to all QA later).
