Dear Domo users,

We are currently at the final stage in renewing Domo contract for 1 more year (March 2022 - March 2023). This will be the last Domo contract renewal for Traveloka. Since 2021, we have been progressively migrating from Domo to Tableau.

In this opportunity, data team needs the following support and further actions from you:

Domo assets: To significantly reduce and migrate the existing assets. Since we have a clear plan for Domo migration, we should NOT add new assets in Domo. Domo assets include Domo pages, cards (graphs), ETLs and datasets.
P0 Tableau dashboards: Traveloka has purchased initial amount of Tableau licenses in 2021-Q4. In 2022, there will be additional purchases in May & November 2022. To keep the momentum, we need to build initial P0 dashboards in Tableau. This will be an important milestone in order to scale-up Tableau adoption across the organization.

Lastly, data team is working hard in improving the management and governance of Tableau. We do NOT want to repeat the situation in Domo. At this point, data team has prepared the first draft of Business Intelligence (BI: Tableau) policy. In the future, there will be a specific session in broadcasting & implementing this policy. The policy covers various aspects such as license management, user management, data access, back-up & disaster recovery, change management and report production/acceptance.
