We want to remind to all engineers that we have mailing list for each product domain, and the PIC of the product domain is expected to manage the mailing list [1]

About Notification Mailing List

We have set-up Google Group (notification mailing list) to receive Security, Billing and Operational notifications. The group are named aws-tvlk-pda@traveloka.com, where pda will be replaced by your product domain abbreviation. The SPIC will be made the owner, while PIC will be made managers of the group and are expected to manage (i.e. add, remove) additional members of the group to ensure that no important account notifications are missed or ignored.

What do you need to do?

If you manage a product domain, please ensure your name or list of PIC are up-to-date in this Product Domain spreadsheet.

If the information is not correct, send request to Cloud-Infra team. Guideline: How to Request Update on Product Domain

If you’re PIC of product domain, please ensure you could manage the group through groups.google.com or using direct URL to group:

https://groups.google.com/a/traveloka.com/g/aws-tvlk-pda
*NOTE: change pda to your product domain abbreviation (e.g: tsi)

Please ensure your account admins or your engineers that are responsible to manage the account are listed in the google group members to get account notification.

Why is this needed?

Security notification (e.g: security patch, anomaly, breach, etc.)
Billing notification (e.g: anomaly)
Operational notifications (e.g: maintenance schedule, instance/service degradation, etc.)
