Traveloka ADSS (Active Directory Self Service), is a self service password management that enables you to easily perform several actions such as email password changes, self account unlock (for Windows laptop users), and personal information updates, all in one place, using your Traveloka Domain Password.
Traveloka Domain password currently synced with the following accounts; Email, Windows account and Office 365. While VPN, LAN, and Wi-Fi will soon be added to the platform.
You should change your Traveloka Domain Password regularly for security purposes and as part of the policy, you will receive an email notification to change your password every 90 days.
ADSS allows you to reset your Traveloka Domain Password (Email, Windows Laptop and Office 365) from a web browser using the company’s network.
If you got locked out of your account, you can unlock your computer or laptop by accessing ADSS through other devices, including your mobile browser.
You can fill in or update your personal contact information on your ADSS profile.
