Hi all, Insurance (INS) team is in the process of migrating its services to multi-account environment, one of them that currently being migrated is INSBOOK. This service primarily handles access from other service to create insurance and get insurance booking info.

Steps that we need your help:

Check your services in INSBOOK Multi Account Registered Client
Check the connection from your services to insbook multi account service

Stg: nc -vz insbook.ins.stg-tvlk.cloud 443
Prod: nc -vz insbook.ins.tvlk.cloud 443

Update your service configuration to call insbook multi account service (Notes: for service that in monorepo, you can cherry-pick this commit to your release branch aaad13c3b715db08ca217bc6427ed43de56ad89b)
Release the changes
After checking the connection and releasing the changes kindly update the status in INSBOOK Multi Account Registered Client or reply in this thread. We will monitoring this thread.

Please finish migrating to multi-account before:
Tuesday, 7 December 2021 for Staging environment.
Friday, 10 December 2021 for Production environment.

You can check registered security group for insbook in:
Staging: insbook-staging
Prod: insbook-prod

If your service hasn't been whitelisted yet(or we add wrong security group) and has dependency to insbook or have more question/issue during migration, please reach us (@ins-backend-eng) via slack in #insurance-eng-channel
