Ingress Rules Removal for data-mongod

Background

Following up the previous announcement here to decommission data-mongod, we will start removing the security group ingress rules to data-mongod.

Please refer to the ingress rules listed in this sheet.

Verify if the service owned by your team still need access to data-mongod.

If it's no longer needed, please mark the CLEAR TO REMOVE column as TRUE
If it's still needed, please mark the CLEAR TO REMOVE column as FALSE.

Additionally, put an ETA (e.g 15 Nov 2021) when the ingress rules is expected to be clear to remove.

We will remove the rules those are marked as CLEAR TO REMOVE starting this Thursday, 11 November 2021.
