Dropping Unused Collections in fb-mongod [2nd batch]

Overview
This is part of fb-mongod decommissioning initiative.
Since our last collection drop activity in Apr 2021, several migration initiatives have been completed by various teams.
For this 2nd batch we'll be dropping collections which has been migrated by TDM team.

Plan

July 5th, 2021 : Collection drop activity started from 2pm UTC+7
List of collections to be dropped can be viewed in this PR
Drop script will be run one by one for a total of 18 collections to be dropped
There will be no archival done from our end for these affected collections
