[psa] Automatic Infrastructure Cost Usage Report Export to Google Drive

Today, the Cloud Infra team is introducing a custom solution that exports sliced, diced, and enriched AWS Cost and Usage report Data to Google Drive on a monthly basis. This is for Traveloka employees who are responsible for analyzing AWS Cost and Usage Data for their respective Product Domain, Product, or Vertical. This solution solves the following problems:

Self Service Cost Visibility and Awareness: To optimize our costs we need to track it however, not all employees have access to Cost Explorer.
AuthN + AuthZ: Limit access to AWS Cost Data based on role and scope.
Simplified + Enriched Data: Cost Explorer data using new Cost Dimensions.

We provide an automatic custom build report export from Cost Usage Report data that generated on a monthly basis and grouped into 4 different levels which are:

Organization
Vertical
Product
Product Domain

This was originally launched last year but the initial release had a limited set of features. This version introduces the following improvements:

Aside from Unblended Costs, we now also show Amortised and On-Demand Costs.
We also added Usage Type granularity and added resource count, usage amount, and usage units.
Lastly, we added new cost dimensions (1) Infrastructure Types: Application vs Scaffolding Costs and (2) Cost Types: Fixed vs Variable

These reports are ready to use and to request access please contact us at our #site-infra-channel. In parallel, we are giving the tech leads and engineering managers access the ability to grant access to their team members.
