[Flight][Pricing]FPRTXF Migrate Client Connection -- DONE :check_green:

Background:

To support multi account project for each domain, flight pricing team will move our service that live in tvlk-prod to be moved to fpr-prod (flight domain account). To support this, flight pricing will start to migrate fprtxf service: flight transaction fee calculation service based on rule. Also to completely move fprtxf to fpr-prod there are some steps:

migrate S3 bucket (storage) from tvlk-prod to fpr-prod 27th January 2021 :check_green:
start new service in fpr-prod 28th January 2021 :check_green:
redirect client to new domain:

fprtool 29th January 2021 :check_green:
trppapi 1st February 2021 20:45 WIB :check_green:
fprrs 3rd February 2021 12:52 WIB :check_green:

Actions:

Sync S3 bucket in tvlk-prod with fpr-prod :check_green:
Enable double write and double read (for fallback mechanism in case failed to read from fpr-prod S3 bucket) :check_green:
Release fprtxf instance in fpr-prod :check_green:
Migrate client connection to fpr-prod:

fprtool :check_green:
trppapi :check_green:
fprrs :check_green:

For affected client list (include the state of the connection)

Expected to happen:

Flight transaction fee(service fee) will appear in payment page if the rule is matched. (Nothing changes, same behavior as current state)
