As part of the Project Penguin, we have arrived at the moment where we must migrate our data center in Wisma 77 to the new building in Green Office Park 1, BSD.
Considering the scale of the migration, which includes physical and logical migration, and to minimize impact, we chose Sunday, Dec 20, 00.00 - 07.00 AM (GMT +7) to be the time window of our first phase migration.What services are affected?
During this time window, please expect disruption to below services:
Use Forticlient Citicon Server as backup
Use Forticlient Thailand Server as backup
What services are NOT affected?
Essentially, all services directly accessed via Internet are not affected, such as:
get.tvlk.it portal (IT Helpdesk)
What can you do?
For Pulse Secure VPN and FortiClient VPN Indonesia Server users, you can temporarily use different FortiClient VPN servers as a backup during the time window.
To install and configure the FortiClient VPN client, you can take a look at the guide here (for Windows, Ubuntu, and MacOS users) and ensure you use the correct replacement server addresses, as follows:
