Kubernetes Services Migration

Hi all,

For the past few months, we have re-built our shared Kubernetes cluster from a scratch. This new cluster brings:

Clearer setup: all of the configurations are done via iac
Improve upgradability
Improve stability
Improve maintainability
Improve monitoring and observability
And as a result, a better support from our team

Tracking v2 and Dark Spider has been utilising this new cluster in production environment during the epic sales and it has been proven to be stable enough (dark spider was handling > 60k rpm comfortably with latency < 200ms for 99% of the time).

So, we think this a time for us to migrate the rest of the services to the new cluster too. We have compiled the list of the services that we have in our shared Kubernetes cluster and need your help to identify whether the services are still being used and who the owner is. And during this exercise, we will take the opportunity to migrate the CI/CD from Jenkins to Cloudbuild too.
