[decom] Remove unused CodeCommit Repository in tvlk-prod

Background

There are 7 AWS CodeCommit Repository inside tvlk-prod that currently considered as unused repository based on metrics that we have collected, to improve the operational excellence we need to remove this unused AWS CodeCommit Repository
