Problem domain owner within the Central Data Analytics Team

Dear Data-Team/Stakeholders,

With a foresee problem complexity and challenges that we foresee with regards to the Central domain, we will be splitting the problem domain owner across the Central Analytics Lead that is Dedi, Yoyo, and Umesh.

This problem domain assignment is to ensure that:

Even w/ the finite resource we had, P0 central use case still get sufficient support
To have a central Analytics team that is: Agile, having a rigorous impact estimation, reducing dependency, and to act as consultants and not as custodians
