Delete Old Mongodb EBS snapshot and re-set backup retention policy

Hello Everyone,
In order to reduce some unnecessary cost in FPR, we have plan to delete old mongodb EBS snapshot in tvlk-prod, especially that created before 2020. We also planned to re-set backup retention policy for each mongodb EBS.
