[FPR] Updates on Flight Repository and Fprdata Repository Beiartf Migration

Based on BEI announcement about Beiartf migration that must be done before 19th June 2020, flight system team has done the migration for flight repository and fprdata repository.

What to expect

The previous method to assume role, that is $(beiartf-refresh -p saml) , will be replaced with ./scripts/assume_role.sh -p saml , or ./scripts/assume_role.sh if you still can't use Google SAML.
All jar that published from flight and fprdata repository will be in tvlk-build (https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/beiartf-maven-artifacts-015110552125-aeb600c7e0343453/?region=ap-southeast-1&tab=overview) instead of tvlk-dev.

What you need to do

For this weekly release branch, latest fprtool branch and latest fprdata branch has been cherrypicked by us. Other than that, please rebase to the latest master or cherrypick this commit hash:

flight repository: 9b39c0f5758b81bd25fe21b6f07569681cda91d4
fprdata repository: c21a1959d27a350671efd6b2804140fe07e84fb2

For respective repository owner or if you are still using Jenkins for AMI baking to migrate beiartf to tvlk-build in order to retrieve the latest jar, which is published after this announcement shared. Refer here for how-to migrate to new Beiartf authentication method.
