[maintenance] :secured: Update SSL/TLS Certificate on tv-lb and payment-lb

Overview

To ensure business continuity by ensuring traffic security to legacy load balancers tv-lb and payment-lb, Cloud Infra team will update SSL/TLS certificate on tv-lb and payment-lb instances.

The current SSL/TLS certificate will be expired on

Sunday, 07 June 2020 14.01.00(UTC+7)

This will be the last certificate update for both tv-lb and payment-lb (see related announcements).

When

Cloud Infra plan to update SSL/TLS certificate for tv-lb and payment-lb on:

Tuesday, June 2nd 2020 15:00:00 UTC+7

Impact

SSL/TLS change should not impact traffic to both tv-lb and payment-lb.

We will coordinate closely with web and payment team during this change.
