User Platforms Infrastructure Request Workflow Update

In order to improve infrastructure operational excellence and velocity on User Platforms vertical, @userplatforms-infra-reviewers is now starting to independently help managing the infrastructure on MSG, TRP, UGC, and USR product domains under tvlk-prod AWS account.

Workflow
The updated workflow doesn't differ much from the current workflow with discovery-devops team, which consisted of:

Create a Regular Infrastructure Ticket, add [productdomain] prefix on the title
Create an accompanying pull-request which contains relevant IaaC changes
Notify @user-platforms-infra-reviewers on #user-platforms-infra-review channel
@user-platforms-infra-reviewers will review and process your tickets

Step 2 is optional, however we strongly encourage you to get familiar with the IaaC.

Existing Tickets
Discovery-devops team will continue working on in-progress tickets. Unassinged tickets can be reassigned to @userplatforms-infra-reviewers, please let them know. New tickets should follow the workflow above.
