Discovery DevOps Workflow Update
What has changed ?
Keeping the team adjustments in the current situation in mind, We have made some adjustments in the workflow for Discovery DevOps, As we have limited bandwidth now, as a result of which we might not be able to extend our support to the following Business Units :
We will only be supporting Platform business units, So all the requests which require changes in the product domains that fall under Platform will be handled by us.
Incident Reporting Workflow
tvlk-prod
- For tvlk-prod account, We will be maintaining the product domains that comes under platform business unit. List of product domains that comes under Platform are :

- All the code changes required in the above mentioned product domains can still be redirected to us for guidance while creating the PR and also in case of execution if the requester does not have necessary rights.
- Also try creating the PR while creating any issues, We can ensure priority executions of those issues which have PR linked to the issues.
- We will also be soon starting out Delegation training program under which we will be training 1-2 engineers from every team to maintain there infra on tvlk-prod. Details will be published out soon.
tvlk-dev
- tvlk-dev is mainly maintained by the developers in most of the cases and each team is having PDD role and Power User role to do the majority of the tasks, We will continue to assist all the Product Domains under Platform Business Unit, in case of any cost optimisation suggestion, or any system scalability suggestion, Also in case of missing permissions to execute a terraform, we will continue to extend our support.

- Multi-accounts that fall under Platform are mch srs multi-accounts, As we know that Anish and Tarun are maintainers of those account, We will continue to give our full support to these account, in case of any issues which you guys may face, from cost optimisation to troubleshooting any issues.
- Multi-account ticket reporting workflow will be same, all the tickets will still be lodged in discovery-devops-support repo.
