Migration astari-postgres

Hi guys,
I will conduct a migration of astari-postgres to a new RDS. The main reason of this migration is because of the overprovision of the storage. Currently, astari-postgres data takes space for about 400MB, and it is provisioned in a 1250 GB storage. Meanwhile, the new RDS will use 80GB disk. It will save us at least $300 per month.

Why not downgrade the current RDS storage ?

RDS only allows upgrade the storage size. Downgrading is not an option.
