Hi all, flight web team is going to standardize every web engineering support request lodging. Please read the following guideline if you want something done from flight web engineers (desktop / mweb / tooling).

if you believe this should be an on-call task. If not sure just leave this to us.
Flight web team will do a weekly grooming session every Friday to determine what tasks will be executed on the following week by the on-call engineer. If your team has some difficulties calculating the cost & benefits of certain task, please invite yourself and come to the meeting.

All ad-hoc requests should follow this guideline, and hence there should be no more direct ad-hoc requests to flight web engineers either offline or via slack / asana in the future.
